Description of intervention
Child Sexual Abuse has been one of the most hideous of crimes to take place. One in every 5 children is a victim to this crime. Legal justice takes years to come and rehabilitation has brought in very less benefits to them. The situation is grim with most of the cases going unreported due to social stigma. A relevant way out is to provide awareness and knowledge to children and their care takers on ways of self- protection. Prevention is better than cure and hence, these we at Utsa Foundation Trust, design interventions through the medium of awareness campaigns and workshops, meetings , counselling etc. to reduce the number of victims in years to come.
