Description of intervention 

Written to help adults and preschool children talk about sexual abuse, this book emphasizes self-reliance and open communication. Instead of the specifics of sexual abuse, this guide tells children how to use their feelings to decide whether to share their bodies. Introduces two "touching codes" which children can use to protect themselves when they're uncomfortable. This book is popular with preschool teachers and pediatricians, who report children sometimes practice the protective phrases on siblings and dolls. Available in Spanish
